lets see. general BS about myself.
going to school at cleveland state for mechanical engineering. blah blah blah
cars: being only 19, ive owned my fair share of cars,. used to be into VW for about a year then from first hand experiences, decided i would rather we attacked by killer bees than have to deal with another one. those the jetta still runs, im scared for my life driving it. from that, i got into Rx7s and that has been the trend, which lead to me getting into older sports cars as a whole, as of right now, im also looking at a TR6 triumph for a fun restore project. currently i only have the 85, 84, and 83 Rx7s (other than the jetta).

if i can find room, i would probably save some cash and try to get it but as of now, im sorta monetarily declined between two cars and college.
and seeing it sounds like either, the oil control rings where not installed correctly, the oil pump is f'ed or something else, that motor needs to be taken back down and hope no damage was done to the eccentric shaft from oil starvation.

Thats why i gave up on it. Its an 88 with no rust good interior(leather is ripping). Mazdaspeed short shifter, Hks intake, bov, and downpipe. ACT extreme pressure plate/steet disc. I also have the stock wheels.

last year we always got the boot
RED93.5MKIV_TT
03-24-2006, 01:18 AM
lol you got the boot bc u were not respecting the owners wishes.....i went up there on sat nights and never had a problem, always parked on the grass hill infront of the diner and had a good time.

i dont like this new owner. the place wasnt open half the time last summer.

03-24-2006, 12:35 PM
we werent disrespecting the owner it was the cops that always gave us the boot, everytime we were there they werent even open like low impedance said
16ggst
03-24-2006, 01:44 PM
well then they prolly kicked you out because it was closed and when its closed its technically trespassing..
Low Impedance
03-24-2006, 03:11 PM
let me reiterate.
when it was open, we get kicked.
which was rare for it to get open.

03-24-2006, 05:44 PM
lol, well it was open everytime i was there.......and just so you know, the owner is not very fond of imports at all, so you have to be on your best behavior and show him you are good people and ur not going to cause problems......generally if you are allowed to stay the only place for non classic cars is on the front lawn.
-Brandon

ya we had no problems when all the classics were there. it was just when no one was there and we had all our cars

lol i test drove an 05' sti b4 i bought the supra, nice cars, but it would have been like $500 a month for 6 or 7 years by the time i had all the options n stuff i wanted.........besides i dont like the new front end on the 06 n up models.......but yea that dealer on 20 is actually considered painesville i think, prolly about 20-25 minutes from my house.

lol i got too many dam parts to put on to not use the garage on a day like today.
bms231
03-25-2006, 04:57 PM
yea i hear u. at least u have a garage. living in an apartment complex blows for modding cars. we have a heated underground garage but they have a strict "no working on cars" policy down there. argh. i have a lot i want to do as well. just maintenance things mainly for now. being sick is putting that back as well.
